| What is Ezyserve? |
Ezyserve is a new fuelling unit designed to be the easiest, quickest and most convenient way to fill up your vehicle.
Ezyserve is a card-accepting machine for major debit and credit cards and can be used 24 hours a day - even if the service station is closed. Cards accepted by Ezyserve include all EFTPOS cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diner's Club, Redicards and all StarCards.
Ezyserve units can be identified by their distinctive signage (shown right). And each unit displays a Help Desk phone number so if you have any problems, you have access to an operator, who will assist you - 24 hours a day. It's all about speed and ease. With Ezyserve, you won't have to wait in a queue, and if you don't want to, you don't even have to go into the shop to pay. And you can use it whenever you need to. Caltex Ezyserve. Swipe your card downwards with the magnetic strip facing right.
The machine will give you the following prompts: |

Select pump number. |

Choose your pump number from the numeric keypad and then press "OK". |

If you're using an EFTPOS card you'll be asked to choose "cheque, savings or credit account". |

Enter account type and then press "OK". |
| |
Enter your PIN. |
| |
Use the keypad to enter your PIN, then press "OK". |

Enter your Odometer reading. |
| |
Use the keypad to enter your reading, then press "OK". |

Proceed to pump and fill your vehicle. When you have finished, if you want a receipt, re-swipe your card. |

A receipt can be printed for this transaction. |

Choose "OK" to print your receipt. You can print this receipt twice if necessary. |

All cards require PINs to be used on an Eziserve unit.
Ezyserve units do not accept or dispense cash.
